Preparing for Your First Class
Welcome! We are so happy to have you! Please arrive ten minutes early to settle in, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the reformer. This way, you’ll feel totally at ease and ready to move!
What Should I Bring?
For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required – don’t worry, we’ve got them in the studio if you need a pair! Additionally, we highly recommend bringing water to stay hydrated during the class.
Parking Info
No need to stress about parking! We offer free, convenient spots right outside the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change – we get it! If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee. If you cancel or switch your class time within 12 hours of the scheduled class, you will be considered "late canceled" and charged a $20 fee. This allows other clients a chance to book. If something urgent comes up, reach out, and we’ll be happy to help!
Late Policy
Pilates emphasizes flow and so do we. To ensure the smooth transition of classes for our clients, it’s important to be on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you’ll be marked as a no-show and charged a fee. If you’re running behind, we ask that you enter the room as discreetly as possible. New clients should plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class to get acquainted with our reformers and studio.
Missed Class Policy
Life happens! If you can’t make it to a reserved class and forget to cancel, a $25 no-show fee will apply. However, if its’s due to an emergency, send us a quick email and we will be happy to try and accommodate you.
No Children Policy
To ensure a peaceful and safe space for our clients, we kindly ask that minors under the age of 13 do not attend or accompany parents to class. Thank you for your understanding!
Refund Policy
All classes, packages and memberships are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to help you make the most of your experience.
Waitlist Process
Want to secure a spot in a fully booked class? Join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email up to an hour before class. Be sure to remove yourself if your plans change to avoid cancellation fees. Memberships vs. Class Packs vs. Drop-In Like to plan ahead? With a membership, you can book classes up to 21 days in advance! Prefer flexibility? Class packs and drop-ins let you book 7 days in advance – perfect for those with ever-changing schedules.
Do I Need an Intro Class First?
No experience? No problem! While our intro class is a great way to ease in, you’re welcome to jump right into any class on our schedule. Intro class tend to be slow flow and focus on the fundamentals of Pilates, making them ideal for anyone who might be new and apprehensive to take a Pilates class. No worries, we’ll
guide you every step of the way!
